Thanks for finishing those Alliant forms for me. You have been a great help - always very polite, responsive, and professional. Your crews were great - very efficient and willing to explain to me what they were doing. Their work went very quickly.
I'm happy that those people who recommended Kinzler to me were right about your company and I'm happy to recommend Kinzler to my friends and family.
Thanks so much for all your help! - Sallie
"We are truly happy with the insulation added to our home. Although our home isn't that old, we found it necessary to have additional insulation blown into our attic area. This project was in conjunction with the installation of a new furnace and heat pump. We chose KCS because it was recommended by several people that we spoke to. The project was somewhat difficult because of the roof lines on our home. It was necessary to gain access to two different areas of the attic.
The crew was punctual and took several steps to insure there would be minimal disruption or inconvenience. We were very happy with the results. First of all, there was no mess to clean up. Secondly, we have already noticed a marked difference in indoor temperature and comfort. Last year it was necessary to run our furnace at 74 degrees all winter. After the addition of the insulation, we have consistently kept our furnace at 71 degrees. Our first utility bill also showed a marked improvement.
I would definitely recommend KCS to family and friends." - Bob and Janet Mahan
"Thanks again for the insulation and ventilation installation last year. The staff and support from the company was outstanding. Our renter reports very reasonable heat bills and no drafts coming through the windows – which I attribute to sealing the holes in the attic to eliminate the chimney effect. We had no ice damming as well. That is great!"` - Lee Webb, Ames
"They were clean cut, and well spoken, making sure to explain what needed to be done, so that my wife and I felt comfortable." - Martin Nee III
