In May of 2010, Kinzler Construction Services expanded into Minnesota with a new branch in St. Charles, located just outside of Rochester. The new location, Heim Construction Services, delivers the same product and service offering as our central Iowa locations with a specialization in spray foam insulation and specialty coatings. Outside sales for this location are led by Jim Heim, a veteran of the spray foam insulation business in this market.

Kinzler Construction Services has been based out of Ames, Iowa since 1984. Kinzler has added several locations throughout Iowa to serve the Midwestern US with an array of construction products and services.  Kinzler Construction Services plans to use this new location to provide the same product offering and service level to customers in SE Minnesota as they have to customers in Iowa for the past 25 years.
